Walk threw the door an they already almost have my coffee done

Placed mobile order at 7:41 am. Got to Dunkin but order was not ready till 8:20 am. The large coffees were 2/3 full and food was cold. I understand being short staffed but letting me stand there waiting for a bacon rolluo for 20 minutes is outrageous. Not happy at all.
Went through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago.. paid with the app, ordered a ham, egg and cheese on a bagel.. opened it up and found there was ZERO meat or ham on it.. tried calling, and it just rings and rings.. then went to a busy signal.
