Waited 15 minutes to even place an order in the drive-through looked like it was probably gonna take another 15 to 20 minutes to get the order decided to go someplace else they obviously have issues with fast service!
I am just amazed at the Culver's model. They nail it Everytime. It doesn't matter what location it's consistently hot and fresh with great service. A lot can be learned by other restaurants.
