“This is by far the BEST place to go get ice cream in Daytona Beach FL. The employees are amazing..especially Brandy, she is so sweet and she is very knowledgeable in the items on the menu. I will definitely be going to Cold Stone Creamery anytime I'm in and around the Daytona Beach area“
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I am HUGE on costumer service and friendliness of owners and staff when having a business as it makes for the most enjoyable experiences and keeps you coming back. I wanted to get gift cards to put into my kids stockings this year. I called and they must of been busy, but Amanda, the owner, called me right back in less than a few seconds! She stated they were out of gift cards at the moment but she would sell me some free scoop cards in gift card holders she threw in for me and would have them put aside for me in a bag at the register. I went in today and they were readily available. I forgot to ask the employees name who checked me out, but she was bubbly and sweet! I can't wait to bring our boys in for their ice creams!! Thank you so much Neighborhood Scoop! Your customer service exceeded expectations! Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to you all ❤️“

“Little hard to find BUT totally worth finding! We each got one of the ice cream sandwiches. Could have easily shared one between the 3 of us. The cookies were warm and delicious and the ice cream was amazing!“

“Best sundae ever! I had oreo cookies and peanut butter cup ice cream with chocolate syrup. Much creamier than the more expensive place down the street. Great service, and she really has a kind way with kids. Small shop could use some seating.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to thank all staff working tonight, 5/16/24 from 6-7pm. I don’t think my family has ever been as much of a hot mess as we were tonight…but we had multiple special dietary requests when ordering to accommodate my diet, changed a few items after the team member had already punched in our first selections, my son was loud and my husband spilled a full drink which NEVER happens. 😂 The food came quickly, it was delicious and hot. We were treated with compassion and kindness throughout our visit. I just want to say how much I appreciated every single team member’s smiles and joking nature. We aren’t normally that out of sorts, promise! Haha. The Guzman Family says thank you for a fantastic Culver’s experience in Daytona! ❤️“

“This is my first time trying cold stone in a while since I’ve been in Daytona. I did not know that Daytona had a cold stone but when I arrived it was amazing. My friend and I were greeted by Mondo (btw amazing!!!!) he was so patient and offered samples to ensure that I actually liked what I got. The music was amusing and very good. I will definitely come back just because of him!“
