We stopped for a hot chocolate, which is not on the menu, however, the waitress was so incredibly kind that she warmed a chocolate drink in a pot just for us. We were so grateful. The service was outstanding, we had a nice chat and we wish all locations had this good of a service personnel. Thanks Andrea!
Love waffle house! Ain't never had a bad expience lolOur server was Phoebe. She was friendly and prompt. And she stood out because she was pretty and took our order without writing it down and it came out correct.

To no fault of their own, the National Cheer Competition for college is happening and this tiny place was packed. The server was friendly, but she was overwhelmed. There is no specific system of organization and each server prepares some food and buses their tables. Many pieces of orders came out at odd times or were forgotten. As a tiny Waffle House that was busy, this matched my expectations.
