My daughter's smoothie had shredded plastic. management didn't have any empathy and didn't apologize. He offered a free smoothie and a refund. He didn't understand the seriousness of this matter. Who would want to trust another smoothie from this establishment after that experience. And not even an, "are you ok valued customer."😡
