I ordered pickup and every time I go to pick it up I am told it was stolen. so I have to wait for it to be remade which makes me late to work. yesterday when once again I was told it was stolen in asked to see the manager she told me there was nothing she can do. I said so people can keep stealing food and you don't care? while I was talking to manager and employee whispered to another employee and they laughed. This DeLand location is absolute trash. I’d say 9 out of 10 times I’ve been they’re “out” of something. There’s definitely some very obvious poor planning/management if it’s happening that often.
Love the staff at chipotle! They are friendly, fast and it’s a great price for the amount of food you get!❤️
