How many times do you give a restaurant a chance before you decide you’ll never be back? The answer is 4. Four different times we have given this joint the benefit of the doubt and four different times we were disappointed. They will admit they are wrong but do nothing to redeem themselves except take 10% off your meal when they bring you the wrong meal to begin with. Save yourself the disappointment & head down the river to the shack on the water, you won’t regret it. 🤢
Trash management! Me and my lady were served our food 20 minutes apart because the kitchen messed up. And best they could do $3 off. Mind you she took 2 bites before we asked for the check. And after we were told her meal was getting comped, send the waitress to tell me that because she’s eating the best they can do is 10% off each meal was barely $3 wtf? We’ll stick to ShadyOaks. Game nights are the only reason y’all are even open anymore!
Fun night at Bingo. Food was good. Servers work.hard. A little loud but fun.
