I was over at the one a lil past the volusia mall & i was going to purchase a cup & it said that all the cups were 50%off & I was going to buy the cup & it rang 25+tax so i said "I thought that it was 50%off & the girl at the cash register said no but only if it ranged off but it didn't so i decided not to purchase the Starbucks cup,i was so devastated in thee end 😔.

Parking: They need for more parking space.

The drinks and food have always been good... But they are totally oblivious here. I always order mobile and they *always* take an extra 5-8 minutes to make it. Like the one I just ordered said, "Ready by 7:18." And it's 7:24 when they finally put it out.
The crazy part is that I see them seemingly goofing off instead of making orders.
And, one time, I was having issues with a gift card on the app so I had to order inside and they ignored me for...

I came here on a run for my friends. The team working on Sunday August 4 at 1030ish AM are hardworking individuals. They keep their positive customer service behaviors and attitudes in spite of little to no thanks, appreciation or even acknowledgement of their hard work from other customers. Alex in particular lead the positive attitude and helped me even when I was the one to mess upon the app. Do not overlook these employees and give them a raise they absolutely deserve.
