We’ve dined in all the best steakhouses in New York City and we had our doubts coming here, but my dad insisted because he loves this place and always eats here whenever he’s in Florida so we went along to indulge him. Boy were we happily surprised. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The portions were generous. The pores were generous as well, and our Scooter was so attentive and accommodating. I cannot have gluten and he was able to suggest the shrinpnappetizer grilled instead of breaded which was delicious! We really couldn’t ask for more and we will definitely be making this a regular spot on the few times a year that we’re here.“

They organized coordinated and had everything done with the venue to ensure that everything was taken care off and that our wedding ran smoothly. I would highly recommend them for your events!“

“Great BBQ and equally great sides are here at this roadside stop. I drove down to the corner spot back in December where I met Michael who is the owner/pitmaster. I had the excellent brisket (tender, great bark & smoke ring), which was served with coleslaw and added collard greens that he wanted me to try. As mentioned, the brisket was outstanding. The coleslaw was crisp, fresh, and had a perfect balance of mayo and vinegar. The collards were so flavorful, the best I've ever had. The hours are limited, but more than worth making time for a stop, just make sure to get there early.“

“Once we discovered Mississippi Sweets figuring out what we want to eat for lunch or dinner has never been easier. We’ve had their wings and bbq which is amazing. I love their spicy sauce and check this, they have some FIRE chicken noodle soup. Even my twin toddlers love the food from here.“

While I was looking at the menu, they came out and asked me if I'd like to try some samples so he gave me and my husband some sample ribs and some sample brisket. The food was top-notch and after we sampled it we definitely knew that we wanted to order a bunch of stuff to take home. The spareribs and the brisket are absolutely delicious. The cornbread was sweet but not too sweet and the mac & cheese was phenomenal. It's definitely worth the price.“

“Our go to place for Korean food on the east side. I always get the Bibinbap (sp?) in a stone bowl. It's a combination carrots and some other veggies, that wonderful Korean rice an egg sunny side up and a meat. I prefer Bulgogi meat. Because it is done in an iron bowl the bottom rice is crunchy. Remember to get the egg yolk mixed in to cook completely because raw yolk is no safe.
There is free parking in back.“
