“This place is nothing short of perfect. The staff is so warm, welcoming and accommodating. Not only that but the food is always sooooooo so so so good and comes out really fast! Not to mention the prices. Soo affordable and don’t forget to bring your cash because it’s cash only. FYI, if you’re expecting a boujee place with endless mimosas for brunch, go to city oyster down the street - not green owl. Owl is a chill, cozy atmosphere that you’ll love. Long live green owl!“

“Anna was our waitress. She deserves a great review in these respects: 1) she is accurate with orders 2) she is attentive to our needs, checking our table from time to time 3) when I asked for extra items, she kept me posted while she was getting it and servicing other customers. Anna is a great new addition to the service team of the Original Pancake House.“

“My family has an almost 40 year tradition going to ihop for Mother's Day. We've been with the same server for years. She's awesome. Because of my mother passing in 2012 another server gave us flowers to put on her grave site.

“What a suprise! We NEVER go to IHOP except when we travel, but I saw the adds for the new menu choices on TV and thought "People come to Florida when they travel and we're blessed to live here, so why not?" So we stopped by for a bite, and what a surprise! The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is corporate looking but clean and tidy and the food was surprisingly great! Fresh coffee (not smelling burned from a dirty machine), clean meals (LOVED the omelet), and it was quick and easy. A pleasant addition to our morning choices around Delray Beach!“
