I don't what these excellent reviews are coming from but the place is filthy, bad attitudes from the employees. Soda machine was empty and the fruit beverage machine had bugs inside . I ordered a burrito and the employee gives me an attitude. I dined so I asked for a plate and she said they were out of them. The Department of Health needs to shut them down. Chipotle used to be good years ago but I will never return. Absolutely zero work ethic from these kids working in the restaurant....read full review
The workers looked depressed & like they didn't want anything to do with us customers. need to hire some people with upbeat personalities, would not come back based on this reason.

The environment is wonderful. Staff are very hard workers especially during rush-hour. Mangers are really supportive even help on the line or online. Even when short staff everyone plays a roll in helping one another great environment.
