Silent Scapes

Gross, soggy ( YES I ORDERED IN PERSON NOT DELIVERY ), and worst no flavor pasta I have ever eaten. Nothing but another late night establishment catering to the drunk hungry people on the ave who wont have any recollection of the nastiness they consumed the night prior. Also check the arrogance and disrespectful replies the owner likes to give in response to anyone who dislikes the vegan trash he's serving. I'll throw a party when this place shuts it's doors and is nothing but another failure on atlantic avenue.Reply: I am not a fake person give me a time and date and I will show up in person to the establishment and gladly let you know how real I am and repeat every single claim I made proudly. The sauces are the furthest from yummy they are revolting. Many others do as in who? The fake reviews? Or the one's made by customers who got free breadsticks and tiramisu and encouraged to leave a good review? If you dont know what I mean by your nasty attitude and arrogance then your brain must be clouded from smelling that nasty sauce for too long. You dont get to decide if you expand or not. The customers do. You guys will be going out of business I promise that and will bet any amount you'd like Mr. Delusional. I'll have an invite made for you and the staff. I would rather cater dead rats and roaches from a brightline station bathroom than Dalmoro's. Thanks!

This did not taste like homemade pasta. There was something very off with the flavor, the texture was grainy, and I believe they use soy in their pasta. Which does not make any sense to me. Never again!

Awesome small shop that makes to go pasta in a box to your specifications with fresh pasta and sauces. Really cool spot worth the visit!

I saw this all over social media and I wanted to try it. It's in a busy location in downtown Delray Beach. Parking can be kind of a nightmare because you're competing with a ton of shops/restaurants/the beach. This place is just as advertised. It's pasta to go. There are two small tables outside if you want to eat nearby. I ordered the fettuccine with bolognese sauce and a garlic breadstick on the side. The pasta tasted fresh. However everything else was slightly disappointing. The sauce was not good at all. There was way too much plain ground beef and not enough tomato sauce mixed in. I'd recommend a different sauce. The garlic breadstick was okay - maybe a tad stale. The portion was big (and pricey). They advertise that the pasta should be eaten right away so I probably wouldn't recommend saving as leftovers. Customer service was just average.

This is my fourth time ordering at DalMoros and I have never been disappointed. It is always so delicious and a true pleasure to eat those FRESH pasta. They do the carbonara sauce exactly the way I want. Cacio e pepe is really good too as well as the Amatriciana sauce. Perfect! I will order my pasta only here now.

Fresh, quick pasta! Truly a to go , service was fast. Packaging was a bit inconvenient and a little pricier for the serving.

Been wanting to come here for months and I finally went! I didnt realize for some reason that it was in downtown Delray, so of course be aware of that, as parking is always a nightmare on the weekends. The establishment itself is super easy to miss when you're walking because it's so tiny; can only fit maybe 6 people inside. It's a to-go place so there's of course no seating inside, and one table outside. We were greeted when we came in and were explained the menu. It's easy to follow and it's a very limited menu, so makes deciding what you want pretty quick, which is nice! We got the fettuccine with boscaiola, the rigatoni with mamma rosa and 2 breadsticks. They place the pasta in little takeout containers and they really pack it in there! Its a lot more pasta then you might expect and it comes out maybe 4 minutes after you order. The pasta is fresh, so its nice and chewy. The fettuccine is wide! And the rigatoni is huge! The sauces were pretty good, just missing some salt. I didnt realize until later on that there are salt packets in the plasticware baggies. The boscaiola, despite being a creamy sauce, was surprisingly light. I didnt feel greasy or heavy afterwards. The mamma rosa was rich and flavorful. The breadsticks were meh. Bread is soft, but bland. The only thing about the takeout containers I dont like, is that they should be wider, instead of taller, to distribute the sauce better. The fettuccine was dry towards the bottom, whereas the mamma rosa was dryer on top, but lots of sauce towards the bottom. And of course, you can't really mix it up cause there's no room! Overall, was a nice meal. A little pricey, but so are most things nowadays! For both pastas, 2 breadsticks and 2 drinks it was about $40. I would come back to try other menu items, but probably on a weekday.

One of the pasta was sent without the sauce, one person was left without a meal and hungry ?

Speaks to what it advertises, fresh pasta made to be taken to go. There's limited seating outside and the containers they give it to you are clearly for eating pasta while "on the go!" The actual pasta was fresh and i like the thickness of it- i got fettuccine noodles. They have options where you can make your own pasta and choose the type of sauce, toppings, and pasta which is nice but being an indecisive girly, i wish they had just set menu options as well - maybe the did and i didn't see them?? It's a little pricey because toppings add up but the serving size is pretty solid. If craving pasta and it was a place nearby for lunch, i'd probably frequent it often.
