“What a great hidden place! They have great meats, great knishes, kugel, split pea and matzah ball soup, and so much more. I visit here every trip to Florida to stock up the fridge. The food is great, pretty high priced, but you pay for good quality food.“

“Based on three visits for lunch, the food is exceptionally fresh and tasty. Service is highly professional with a genuine smile. The dining room is small-ish but very clean. Parking over the noon hour can be a challenge, so hopefully neighboring businesses are good neighbors (despite the signage). Prices are reasonable for the quality. Definitely keeping Fresco Foodworks in the “rotation” of lunch spots.“

“I've been going to this place since 1974, almost 50 years and have NEVER a better sandwich anywhere, with the exception of Katz's Deli on Houston Street in NYC!!! When I moved to Deerfield in 1974, I was SHOCKED at how good The Pickle Barrel was!!!“

“We had a wonderful experience! The red russian and Black Russian sandwiches were delicious. Great portion of meat, right amount of dressing, and flavored really well. The potato salad and macaroni salad were very good too. The staff was very welcoming and kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was very reasonably priced as well. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!“
