First time going the young gentleman upfront was very nice knowledgeable and they had everything I needed. Definitely returning back for more bait and gear.👍🏻
totally awesome bait shop. fully stocked with all the latest gear and tackle. The owner is very well versed in local Knowledge of fresh Water and salt water fishing techniques. this place has a 5 🌟 in my book.

Shiners - Sandy Hook Bait & Tackle is a totally awesome bait shop, fully stocked with all the latest gear and tackle. The owner is an expert angler focused on customer service, very well versed in local knowledge of fresh water and salt water fishing techniques. He took time to educate a nephew about fishing and taught a 10 year old the true ethics of being an angler. Another customer found him a huge help for first-time Peacock Bass fishing, getting everything needed and recommending good places. Visitors appreciate his humor and no bs personality. The shop has everything you want in a bait shop, and customers definitely return for more bait and gear.
