Starbucks in Delray Beach

“Idk who was a the register, but it did say shift leader on the apron, now I normally don't comment or review, but this wonderful gentleman ready my daughters shirt when I came in today, first time in by the way, but he was so sweet and so nice, and so professional. And he wished my daughter a happy birthday like 5 times. Super nice gentlemen and I was only there cuz my mom was at the hair salon and wanted to treat my daughter to some cake pops! Amazing work. Beautiful store. Very friendly staff. I totally enjoyed my experience. That man gets it. And I just want him recognized and gotta give thanks. My daughter totally enjoyed it. Keep up the amazing work. We see you and appreciate you.“

“I’ve never had an issue with the drive-through at my local Starbucks. The service is usually quick and efficient, and my orders are always accurate. However, depending on the day and time, you might encounter someone who hasn’t had their cup of coffee yet and comes off as very rude. Other than that, it’s typically a good experience, and I always enjoy my visits.“

“I am liking the pivot Starbucks has made to be more welcoming of customers and signalling they want them to hang around and linger at there locations, just like Starbucks of old. Service at this location was good and it was cheerful! Sorely lacking these days. Also, new policy at Starbucks gets you free refills which they give you in a ceramic mug, nice touch. I love there breakfast sandwiches, have not ever had a bad one, they are very consistent. I also like there unsweetened raspberry soda, it is worth the splurge, it actually tastes like freshly crushed berries. Now, if they only would not set the air-conditioning to Mr. freeze levels! EDIT: I see starbucks "owner" has replied, but not sure why? All the Starbucks are set to a cool temperature, and staff at the locations say they cannot change the temp, so not sure what responding to the link will get me. BTW, the link only sends me to the Starbucks web page. I thought my review showed Starbucks in a good light? Not everything can be a 5 start review (quite a problem in ratings, 5 stars should be a rarity, not the norm). Let me know where I hurt you Starbucks!“

“Friendly, helpful employees. Clean and well stocked. Small, cozy space in busy shopping plaza. This location had a wide selection of protein boxes that I had never seen at any other location. My current hyper fixation drink (Glinda’s pink potion) was made to perfection. Also if you’re looking for a quick chocolate fix, their chocolate cake pop is delish.“

“The very nice female barista was so friendly and kind today, we chatted about the new spicy refresher and i mentioned i was nervous to try it but wanted to eventually. She offered to make me a sample of the spicy pineapple refresher and it was actually so good. Thanks so much!“
