“Mobile orders were down this morning, and I can only imagine how hectic things were before I walked in. The manager, Luis, and his team were amazing and made sure my order was taken care of properly. I felt this deserved 5 stars, as the baristas are always doing their best to provide great service.“

“I order Starbucks through the app all the time, especially when I travel. it usually finds the nearest location and makes pickup easy. On Saturday morning, Sept 6th, I placed an order as usual, but when I arrived at the Starbucks, they hadn’t received it. The barista checked and kindly explained that my order was actually sent to a store 32 minutes away.

Even though it was my mistake, she immediately reassured me, asked what I had ordered, and prepared it right there on the spot without charging me. I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing a Formula 1 jacket that morning. She was super friendly, accommodating, and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a really positive one.

“Friendly, helpful employees. Clean and well stocked. Small, cozy space in busy shopping plaza. This location had a wide selection of protein boxes that I had never seen at any other location. My current hyper fixation drink (Glinda’s pink potion) was made to perfection. Also if you’re looking for a quick chocolate fix, their chocolate cake pop is delish.“

“Richard is incredible! PHENOMENAL customer service, great personality, and always striving to go above and beyond! From first impression I genuinely don’t see him working at Starbucks long and I’m kind of sad about it because I Would love to see his energy every morning when I get my coffee but Starbucks is just the beginning for him! Also I’d like to mention I’ve been going to Starbucks for over 20 years and NEVER have left a review. Not because it’s bad at all, but because no one in my 20 years of going to Starbucks made me feel as great as Richard. You guys have a GEM of a human. I’ll insert my “GIVE HIM A RAISE” here!“

“The very nice female barista was so friendly and kind today, we chatted about the new spicy refresher and i mentioned i was nervous to try it but wanted to eventually. She offered to make me a sample of the spicy pineapple refresher and it was actually so good. Thanks so much!“
