Why when you ask specifically for “scooped and toasted” do you get home a discover NOT scooped and NOT toasted? Restaurant was virtually empty and no receipt in the bag to see if she heard the 2 requests. I’m truly disappointed…can I have my tip back??

Another shity soft bagel spot , they have good cream cheese and that's about it , it's sooooooo hard to find a good bagel spot out here , I mean come on it's not hard !!!! please make firm bagels not this soft shit

A young lady was working the register around 10am on 4/29. She wasn't very warm or friendly. She had a scowl on her face the whole time. She acted like she didn't want to help us. When we asked if she could slice our bagels she kept throwing our bagels in and they kept coming out too fast and into the floor. She wasted two bagels by doing that.
