“We ate at Persis today and it was perfect. They were kind, helpful, and took us at our word that we wanted in as spicy as they could make, and they did. Food was fresh, flavorful, and creative. 100% will be going there regularly and telling all our friends. Some of the best Indian food we have had. The nann bread was absolutely incredible!!!! Very nice owners and staff.“
