“We thought how can this place have 4.8 stars? So, we found out why. We went to the Orlando Farmer’s Market and found the food items there really expensive. So we went to find a nearby restaurant and found Dada. What a find! We really liked their buffet. The dishes were really nice and fresh. They kept being refreshed and filled food to replenish. They had 2 desserts and my favorite, gulab jaman were outstanding. I added a masala chai to the meal and it too was perfect. Of course they offer a rather large menu of items for dinner as well. We have not had an Indian Buffet in a really long time and the food was really good. Give them a try and park behind the building as there are lots of spots, then walk around to the front door. YUMM!“

“We were hosting an event in Orlando and were a bit skeptical to order from an unknown restaurant! We really made the best choice after looking at several reputable restaurants in the area! We were more than thrilled with our catering order and everything was a hit! From Lolli pop chicken l, tandoori chicken to Chicken Tikka Masala! You know when the guests are complimenting the food, it’s a great sign! The only bit of feedback I have is the chicken tikka lacked meat, more curry than meat! We will be visiting this restaurant and cater any future events when we are in town! Also, the staff and Sid/Suhant were very friendly and helpful! Kudos to great customer service!“

“This was my first time dining at Naatu Naatu Indian Vegetarian Cuisine and the food was amazing!!! If you love Indian food or vegetarian dishes, this is your go to restaurant in the Orlando area. I have a new favorite restaurant. I ordered the lentil soup, a salad, the Malabar Parata with vegetable Kurma and the Kheer and everything was delicious...I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Khasiyat is easily one of our favorite spots. We always go for the buffet and every time it’s been amazing. The puri they bring out fresh is so good, and the whole experience just feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. The lady that serves us is always incredibly pleasant and kind, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. “This was the BEST local Indian food without a doubt. Ordered delivery through their own app on Thursday only for it to be eventually cancelled an hour later after drivers went to pick it up unsuccessfully. Now Google shows the establishment as being temporarily closed. Did you guys close? We’re still waiting to be refunded for the order, but the phone and email addresses associated with the business are not working :(“

“My wife and I stopped in for the lunch buffet (4-12-2004). It was our first time in this eating establishment. The food on the buffet was wonderful. It was fresh and tasty. The spices were outstanding. We like Indian food and this is a winner. The chef knows how to prepare Indian food. The buffet had a very good choice of different foods to try. This place is worth a visit. Also, staff was very outgoing and pleasant. They wanted to be sure that you were having a good dining experience. Needless to say we will be back again.“

Rahman is warm and welcoming, I asked for a recommendation and he suggested the Portuguese chicken...and he was so right, it was amazing!! My husband got the Tikka masala and it was phenomenal also. You both came and made sure all of my wedding items were packed up and secured safely. You and your family invited us into your home as if we are your own and gave us a warm cooked meal. I had the pleasure of meeting your entire family. When the new date happened you were completely booked. However, you still wanted to make sure we had the dream food and dream wedding. I left you both with the menu selections, and your suggestions were amazing! Accommodating non-garlic and non-onion food versus what I usually eat is tough. However, you guys made sure every guest left fed! Multiple guests told me they took at least 4-6 plates of food! Not only the food, but the emotional connection you both felt with me. Nayna Auntie saw me stressed out one day and asked me if I had eaten. I had completely forgotten between hair and makeup. She brought me an entire plate of warm food that made me feel so much better. The week of the wedding, I stopped by the shop and you both gave me a warm dessert. I am not usually a dessert person, but I cannot stop thinking about the dudhi nu halwa. The entire time everything was sanitary and on time. Last minute Arun Uncle was able to provide me with plastic wear and kulfi. Not only did I like working with you, but also all of the vendors! “We were visiting Orlando from Canada and stumbled upon Five Star South Indian Food & Catering inside the Apna Bazar food court—and it turned out to be one of the most satisfying meals of our trip.

Don’t expect a fancy dine-in setup—this is a simple food court spot—but what it lacks in ambience, it more than makes up for with the food. If you know Kerala cuisine, you’ll immediately recognize the authenticity in both taste and preparation.

We tried the kappa, beef curry, beef fry, and biriyani, and every single dish hit the mark. The kappa was perfectly done—soft, well-seasoned, and paired beautifully with the beef curry, which had that deep, slow-cooked flavor you rarely find outside Kerala. The beef fry was excellent—rich, flavorful, with the right balance of spices and texture. The biriyani was equally impressive, aromatic and satisfying without being overly heavy.

What really stood out was how homely and genuine everything tasted. This isn’t commercialized or toned-down South Indian food—it’s proper Malayali-style cooking that instantly takes you back home.

The crew were friendly, welcoming, and very patient while we decided what to order. Their warmth added a lot to the overall experience.

“Stumbled into this place inside the passageway with the Coy ponds on Park Ave in Winter Park. The ambiance is amazing- elegant but casual enough. We all ordered one of their lunch specials. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. I had the Chicken Korma prepared with mild heat. The chicken was perfectly prepared - tender and juicy, and the sauce was bursting with flavor. It was served with tomato soup with coriander, Basmati rice, a spicy little samosa, and a delightful little sweet - Gulab Jamun, to finish it all off. The service was excellent being both attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this wonderful place.“

Me and my husband live in Tampa and have been coming here for about three years now. There is not a single time we go back home, not having lunch or dinner at this restaurant. My family is Pakistani so let me tell you the taste is LEGIT! Its very flavorful and the staff is super nice every single time.
