“Tabletop Catering was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. As one of Bella Cosa's preferred vendors, we knew we were in good hands, but they still managed to exceed every expectation we had.
The food was exceptional — we lost count of how many guests told us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. Tabletop went above and beyond in every way, even surprising me with an espresso martini tower that our guests are still talking about.
Their bartenders were incredible as well, not just skilled but genuinely personable — several guests commented on how warm and friendly they were all night. At the very end of the night, even though they were technically wrapping up service, they made a point of checking in to make sure my husband Tyler and I were hydrated after hours of celebrating. That kind of care didn't go unnoticed.
They also set up a to-go taco station upstairs for our wedding party at the end of the night, which was 10/10 amazing and the perfect way to close out the evening.

Pearsons catering might meet their customers expectations but behind doors they treat their employees inhumane, they schedule employees long hours of work and expect you to work all day with no break or meals literally NOT even 15 min to eat a snack, it’s always go go go on your feet they don’t even share their extra food out of courtesy with their cooks/employees when available, they just freeze everything for future use. This business is unorganized, their storage is a dusty mess, they are all about the money and stretching/watering down their food as much as possible. The owner Kim is bipolar and micromanages everything including what her husband does, she often yells in the work space to everyone for minuscule reasons making it an extremely toxic place to work. Do not support businesses that operate with such poor work ethic, these people has horrible family values. Do yourself a favor and cater elsewhere.“

“We selected Millenia catering company after a great initial experience with their Regional Director, Hannah. The tasting was seamless, the food stood out, and the overall operation appeared organized and professional. Based on that, we felt confident booking with them. As part of their process, we were assigned a care team assistant, Joanie, to manage logistics leading up to the event. Unfortunately, this part of the experience fell short. Key milestones, such as the three-month check-in, were missed and required us to initiate follow-up. Communication was often delayed, with responses taking several business days, and at times occurred at unusual hours, which made coordination more difficult. There were also instances of confusion around previously discussed details with Joanie. In one case, instead of contacting us directly for clarification about tables (after being provided a floor plan and having a meeting), she reached out to the venue with incorrect information. This created unnecessary stress close to the wedding date and required additional time to resolve. She also told us she would make note for them to bring cake cutting knives, but on the day of, they did not, which impacted planned photo moments. (If we had known not to trust her we would have taken the extra expense to buy our own.) Most importantly, we were explicit in the detail that we (the bride and groom) would eat last, to account for taking photos with each table of guests as they were released to get food from the buffet. At the event, the staff brought food to our sweetheart table first, resulting in food being in the background, on our table in every single photo. This is completely unacceptable given the multiple times we discussed this detail. That being said, the overall execution on the day of the event (outside of bringing food to the sweetheart table) was outstanding. Our catering captain, Skylar, and the entire onsite team were exceptional with guests. They were professional, extremely attentive, and highly organized. The service staff and chefs delivered an incredible experience, and the food exceeded expectations. It was a highlight of the reception, and we continue to receive compliments from guests. We were surprised there was no post-event follow-up from the company, as we would have gladly shared positive feedback about the onsite team. We hope we do them justice in these posted reviews (specifically Skylar, whom we hope will replace Joanie's role for future clients - she is talented in her organizational role). Overall, we would recommend this company for the quality of their food and event-day execution. However, based on our experience, we strongly suggest confirming who will be assigned as your care team assistant (request anyone but Joanie) and ensuring clear, timely communication throughout the planning process.“

“We found this restaurant by chance when we were looking for a date night venue for FunTastic Depot’s Parent Night Out. We couldn’t believe how beautiful this venue is. Perfect for an intimate evening or a company party, this venue has it all. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried. Here’s what we ordered:

-1 bottle of Prosecco: crisp and paired well with the tapas we ordered. Nice buzz after!
-1 order of Meatballs (3 medium meatballs): These are by far the best meatballs I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Well-seasoned meat that held its form even with the accompanying sauce. The sauce was to die for. Truly appetizing.
-1 order of Gambas Ajillo: I don’t usually do warm shrimp, I’m more of a ceviche person but that wasn’t available. Regardless, this dish was delightfully surprising. The sauce and capers were soooo good!
-1 Charcuterie Board: We are charcuterie people…this board has the perfect combination of cheese and meats along with a honey dip and berries. The Prosciutto was AMAZING and we’re not usually into Prosciutto. It was soft, thinly shaved and slightly salty with such great flavor.

The customer service was top tier as she came out to check on our table. I highly recommend checking her out and we'll definitely be back!“

“AWESOME experience from the first phone call to the final goodbye! These ladies are knowledgable, organized, and professional. The decor was lovely, space clean, and reasonably priced. The food was DELICIOUS! Buttermilk fried chicken, BBQ pork sliders w/coleslaw, mac n cheese, string beans with turkey, and a garden salad. When the guests go back for whole plates of mac n cheese, you know it is better than good. The parking is tricky but we managed. The only thing I would recommend is adding dinner rolls as part of the menu. This arrangement was done over the phone, sight unseen but Dominque's warmth and professionalism made me take the chance. It was well worth it! Her staff is friendly and accommodating, just like her. Thank you for helping to make our event memorable.“

We worked with Anand directly to create a unique menu that offered our guests a variety of Guyanese, Indian and Italian cuisines for our Mehendi and Kangan events. Anand handles everything from traditional vegetarian 7 curry up to poultry/meat/fish/seafood entrees and appetizers. Our guests was impressed to see how well prepared Anand was to manage the service for a 400 plus group for both days cocktail, dinner and dessert. We have some amazing but picky cooks in both of our families, however Anand had no issues with satisfying their palates and making them want more. We highly recommend the full service option that Anand and his team offers. His team handled the full set up, break down and clean up. They all did an amazing job. Our guests were satisfied overall and the food was plentiful and delicious. Best of all our traditional food was executed exceptionally without having our parents and immediate family members having to lift a finger. And, they delivered it!We've utilized Primo's Gourmet Catering, out of Tampa, for 2 employee lunches now (about 35 people). Both times they were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are flexible with the food choices, and execute anything you ask for with perfection.The 1st time they made london broil with chasserurs sauce, and chicken piccata, and sides of course. Everyone said the food was so good, so we had them come back and do a chicken and steak fajita bar, which was also fantastic.The last time I called the day before and they were able to make it happen, even with that short notice.We will have them cater again!I also recommended them to a friend who was having a small personal party.
