The Hors D'oeuvres were great especially the Italian Meatballs and good job with the Lemon Chicken so tender for over 450 people. Sorry I don't know the exact number just impressed with the food.“

We worked with Anand directly to create a unique menu that offered our guests a variety of Guyanese, Indian and Italian cuisines for our Mehendi and Kangan events. Anand handles everything from traditional vegetarian 7 curry up to poultry/meat/fish/seafood entrees and appetizers. Our guests was impressed to see how well prepared Anand was to manage the service for a 400 plus group for both days cocktail, dinner and dessert.
