“Yum, Yum, Yum! I was invited to lunch at Papa Diesel's Restaurant on my visit to Apopka, FL. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the entire experience was a treat. A friendly family atmosphere greeted me at the door, with the added touch of care that was immaculately given to every detail. The aroma from the kitchen activated my taste buds, as I stared mesmerized by the extensive menu. Finally, I decided to go for the “Diesel Sampler”. The brisket was so succulent that it melted in my mouth. The ribs fell from the bone with such flavor that no sauce was necessary—the pulled pork I used to sample the homemade sauces. As I was told, the sauces will soon be available in the local supermarkets (as I can attest to becoming a family staple). Needless to say, the sausage, chicken, and sides all met with the same flavorful standards. Ending my meal with a dessert, I enjoyed the peach cobbler and shared a nibble of key lime cake with my date. It was an enjoyable afternoon, sharing special time with loved ones in a loving environment, dining on food prepared by Papa Diesel, who loves to cook for folks, and making them feel at home!“

“10 Stars!! Patty and the amazing team at Arthurs went above and beyond for my husband and me. The team was fantastic to work with and the execution on the big day was flawless. The food was beyond perfection, our guests raved about it during and after. We didn't want a traditional sit down or buffet, so we did station style. Having a diverse spread was unique to us and our guests and made us so happy. We couldn't have had a more perfect wedding and Arthur's played a major role in that. We will use them for everything in our future and recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!“

We had a last minute change in headcount and they were able to accommodate our needs without any issues! We had a wonderful experience with 4 Rivers Smokehouse and our catering consultant, Sarah. When our guest count changed from 120 to 100, Sarah responded quickly with an updated quote and was incredibly timely, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free.
The food was absolutely amazing! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the brisket, mac & cheese, baked beans, and the farmhouse salad. The dessert bar with a variety of treats was also a huge hit and the perfect sweet ending to the meal.
Highly recommend 4 Rivers and Sarah for anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service for their event!“

“I ate at the Tavares location for lunch yesterday and had the chopped pork sandwich with fries and sweet tea. Amazing!! Tonight I got the brisket sandwich with mac and cheese and baked beans… even more amazing!! Best brisket I have ever had! Mac and cheese was amazing!! Sweet tea was amazing also! Highly recommend!!“

“I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. The turkey tacos, blackened chicken, and turkey meatballs are my all time favorites!
Dietary restrictions: plenty of dairy free and gluten free options
Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old loves the greek chicken and turkey tacos which makes dinner time so much easier.“
