“Kate was so amazing with helping me make a beautiful condolence charcuterie board for some dear friends she was kind and thoughtful, and even added a little extra to the board to make sure it was enough with no extra charge. She personally delivered it and was so genuine and sweet to the people who answered the door. I cannot say enough, good things about this experience, except that if you were looking for a beautiful platter for any occasion, this is a guaranteed hit.“

Our guests raveds about the shrimp and grits and our dessert pie bar. They were fantastic to work with and their tasting events made choosing our menu easy and fun. Within a day they confirmed they could help me out and whipped up a menu in my budget. The food was amazing — people commented a lot on the salad and the little chicken salad biscuits. Staff was very good and friendly. Great communication. Would 100% hire them again!“

We had a wonderful experience with 4 Rivers Smokehouse and our catering consultant, Sarah. When our guest count changed from 120 to 100, Sarah responded quickly with an updated quote and was incredibly timely, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free.

The food was absolutely amazing! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the brisket, mac & cheese, baked beans, and the farmhouse salad. The dessert bar with a variety of treats was also a huge hit and the perfect sweet ending to the meal.

“Today we came in and had an early dinner. We are visiting the area while my husband works disaster relief. This was my favorite dining experience here. Hands down. We had the pleasure of being served by Tyrese . I ordered half muffuletta that was so huge I couldn’t even take down half of a half! My husband ordered Blackened Chicken served over grit cakes….
