“I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. The turkey tacos, blackened chicken, and turkey meatballs are my all time favorites!
Dietary restrictions: plenty of dairy free and gluten free options
Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old loves the greek chicken and turkey tacos which makes dinner time so much easier.“

“Kate was so amazing with helping me make a beautiful condolence charcuterie board for some dear friends she was kind and thoughtful, and even added a little extra to the board to make sure it was enough with no extra charge. She personally delivered it and was so genuine and sweet to the people who answered the door. I cannot say enough, good things about this experience, except that if you were looking for a beautiful platter for any occasion, this is a guaranteed hit.“

“John Michael Catering handled my wedding this last weekend and we are still getting complements!! My brother had to give me a hug because the garlic mashed potatoes were just that good. Our guests raveds about the shrimp and grits and our dessert pie bar. They were fantastic to work with and their tasting events made choosing our menu easy and fun. The staff were all fun and energetic and helped make our wedding the perfect day! Highly recommend!!“

Pearsons catering might meet their customers expectations but behind doors they treat their employees inhumane, they schedule employees long hours of work and expect you to work all day with no break or meals literally NOT even 15 min to eat a snack, it’s always go go go on your feet they don’t even share their extra food out of courtesy with their cooks/employees when available, they just freeze everything for future use. This business is unorganized, their storage is a dusty mess, they are all about the money and stretching/watering down their food as much as possible. The owner Kim is bipolar and micromanages everything including what her husband does, she often yells in the work space to everyone for minuscule reasons making it an extremely toxic place to work. Do not support businesses that operate with such poor work ethic, these people has horrible family values. Do yourself a favor and cater elsewhere.“
“I cannot express enough how much of a Godsend Chef John was for my husband's birthday dinner! I had accidentally switched up the dates and was in a panic, facing a dinner party with no food. Thankfully, Chef John was able to accommodate me on short notice and truly saved the day.
Not only was the food he prepared absolutely delicious, but his beautiful wife also assisted in serving the table, making the entire experience so perfect. I highly recommend Chef John as a top-notch cook and true professional in his craft.

“I have been coming here for years since it’s close to my office and it is a hidden gem! The food tastes very fresh and everything is delicious. The staff is friendly. Definitely check it out. The lobster bisque, the café club, and the southwest chicken salad are particularly delicious. Also try the honey butter on their fresh bread! So good!!!“

“Yum, Yum, Yum! I was invited to lunch at Papa Diesel's Restaurant on my visit to Apopka, FL. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the entire experience was a treat. A friendly family atmosphere greeted me at the door, with the added touch of care that was immaculately given to every detail. The aroma from the kitchen activated my taste buds, as I stared mesmerized by the extensive menu. Finally, I decided to go for the “Diesel Sampler”. The brisket was so succulent that it melted in my mouth. The ribs fell from the bone with such flavor that no sauce was necessary—the pulled pork I used to sample the homemade sauces. As I was told, the sauces will soon be available in the local supermarkets (as I can attest to becoming a family staple). Needless to say, the sausage, chicken, and sides all met with the same flavorful standards. Ending my meal with a dessert, I enjoyed the peach cobbler and shared a nibble of key lime cake with my date. It was an enjoyable afternoon, sharing special time with loved ones in a loving environment, dining on food prepared by Papa Diesel, who loves to cook for folks, and making them feel at home!“

We had a wonderful experience with 4 Rivers Smokehouse and our catering consultant, Sarah. When our guest count changed from 120 to 100, Sarah responded quickly with an updated quote and was incredibly timely, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free.
The food was absolutely amazing! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the brisket, mac & cheese, baked beans, and the farmhouse salad. The dessert bar with a variety of treats was also a huge hit and the perfect sweet ending to the meal.
Highly recommend 4 Rivers and Sarah for anyone looking for delicious food and excellent service for their event!“

Three years later when I got married (Feb 2021) I KNEW who I wanted to cater my wedding… Again the food was amazing, the staff was helpful and quick. “Today we came in and had an early dinner. We are visiting the area while my husband works disaster relief. This was my favorite dining experience here. Hands down. We had the pleasure of being served by Tyrese . I ordered half muffuletta that was so huge I couldn’t even take down half of a half! My husband ordered Blackened Chicken served over grit cakes…. Everything that came to our table was nothing short of perfect. Tyrese was very pleasant and informative on the menu. We 10 out of 10 recommend. Thank you for the great service .“

“10 Stars!! Patty and the amazing team at Arthurs went above and beyond for my husband and me. The team was fantastic to work with and the execution on the big day was flawless. The food was beyond perfection, our guests raved about it during and after. We didn't want a traditional sit down or buffet, so we did station style. Having a diverse spread was unique to us and our guests and made us so happy. We couldn't have had a more perfect wedding and Arthur's played a major role in that. We will use them for everything in our future and recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!“
