“Papa Diesel's represents the old fashioned flavor and taste of what real BBQ is all about. Their menu is full of variety with Chef Diesel's specialties, filled with his own style or twist on them. My favorite is the tender, fall off the bone ribs! My slogan is " Don't need "teeth" to eat their meat! Delicious food is their goal and trust me, "Mission Accomplished!"“

“I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. The turkey tacos, blackened chicken, and turkey meatballs are my all time favorites!

“John Michael Catering handled my wedding this last weekend and we are still getting complements!! My brother had to give me a hug because the garlic mashed potatoes were just that good. Our guests raveds about the shrimp and grits and our dessert pie bar. They were fantastic to work with and their tasting events made choosing our menu easy and fun. “I could write a novel about our memorable experience hiring C2 Catered Events for our wedding reception at Tavares Pavilion on the Lake. We first met Jose and his team at a tasting event he was hosting at Zymarium Meadery (Orlando), and it was there that we saw he was a master at his craft, professional, and the perfect choice for our wedding. Throughout the planning experience Jose was flexible and dedicated to providing a seamless experience. When the day came you could tell that the C2 team was honored to be part of our wedding and took every detail seriously, from our table settings, plating, to execution of service, all was perfect. We received many compliments on the food-Bistro steak was DELICIOUS and the Au Gratin Potatoes were well loved, even our Seasonal Salad was highly enjoyed! “Yum, Yum, Yum! I was invited to lunch at Papa Diesel's Restaurant on my visit to Apopka, FL. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the entire experience was a treat. A friendly family atmosphere greeted me at the door, with the added touch of care that was immaculately given to every detail. The aroma from the kitchen activated my taste buds, as I stared mesmerized by the extensive menu. Finally, I decided to go for the “Diesel Sampler”. The brisket was so succulent that it melted in my mouth. The ribs fell from the bone with such flavor that no sauce was necessary—the pulled pork I used to sample the homemade sauces. As I was told, the sauces will soon be available in the local supermarkets (as I can attest to becoming a family staple). Needless to say, the sausage, chicken, and sides all met with the same flavorful standards. Ending my meal with a dessert, I enjoyed the peach cobbler and shared a nibble of key lime cake with my date. It was an enjoyable afternoon, sharing special time with loved ones in a loving environment, dining on food prepared by Papa Diesel, who loves to cook for folks, and making them feel at home!“

“I was having trouble finding someone to cater my casual wedding reception at Rockpit brewery. After experiencing Cuisiniers at a charity event a few weeks prior I reached out to them. Within a day they confirmed they could help me out and whipped up a menu in my budget. The food was amazing — people commented a lot on the salad and the little chicken salad biscuits. Staff was very good and friendly. Great communication. Would 100% hire them again!“

Pearsons catering might meet their customers expectations but behind doors they treat their employees inhumane, they schedule employees long hours of work and expect you to work all day with no break or meals literally NOT even 15 min to eat a snack, it’s always go go go on your feet they don’t even share their extra food out of courtesy with their cooks/employees when available, they just freeze everything for future use. This business is unorganized, their storage is a dusty mess, they are all about the money and stretching/watering down their food as much as possible. The owner Kim is bipolar and micromanages everything including what her husband does, she often yells in the work space to everyone for minuscule reasons making it an extremely toxic place to work. Do not support businesses that operate with such poor work ethic, these people has horrible family values. Do yourself a favor and cater elsewhere.“

“This place has the best Haitian food in Orlando right now! This comes very close to my MIL cooking which is too notch. Everything was soo good. I had the fries turkey with djon djon rice and pikliz! Wow! And the drinks were good too! My husband usually does not eat Haitian food besides his mom but I have him a taste and he said he's pulling up tomorrow lol. Very good place!“

“Today we came in and had an early dinner. We are visiting the area while my husband works disaster relief. This was my favorite dining experience here. Hands down. We had the pleasure of being served by Tyrese . I ordered half muffuletta that was so huge I couldn’t even take down half of a half! My husband ordered Blackened Chicken served over grit cakes…. Everything that came to our table was nothing short of perfect. Tyrese was very pleasant and informative on the menu. We 10 out of 10 recommend. Thank you for the great service .“
“They were absolutely fantastic! We used Apple Spice Junction for a 400 person event and everyone raved about the food after . They even accommodated the 30+ people who had specific dietary requests, labeled and separate each box, and were punctual and quick with their delivery and set up. Absolutely amazing job!“

“AWESOME experience from the first phone call to the final goodbye! These ladies are knowledgable, organized, and professional. The decor was lovely, space clean, and reasonably priced. The food was DELICIOUS! Buttermilk fried chicken, BBQ pork sliders w/coleslaw, mac n cheese, string beans with turkey, and a garden salad. When the guests go back for whole plates of mac n cheese, you know it is better than good. The parking is tricky but we managed. The only thing I would recommend is adding dinner rolls as part of the menu. This arrangement was done over the phone, sight unseen but Dominque's warmth and professionalism made me take the chance. It was well worth it! Her staff is friendly and accommodating, just like her. Thank you for helping to make our event memorable.“

“We visited the Vintage Speakeasy where Jessica's Frituras was catering Sunday brunch and everything was so good! The empanadas were much larger than expected and so flavorful. The customer service was top tier as she came out to check on our table. I highly recommend checking her out and we'll definitely be back!“

“4Rivers catering is exceptional! We have used them several times, but most recently they catered a large, fancy birthday party for us. When they catered our wedding and rehearsal dinner I didn’t get to see their day of organization. But for our party I watched their implementation in action and it was flawless. They are a well-oiled, unified machine. Sarah was a delight to work with throughout the entire planning process. She repeatedly went above and beyond to help me with the details of our event. She was extremely organized and responsive. I trusted her completely. But the day of our party, she somehow transferred all of those little details into every member of her team. They each knew exactly what to do and understood my vision perfectly, while at the same time they were humble, attentive, and helpful. Any time I spoke to one of the crew members, the others would all lean in eagerly and listen cheerfully to any directions I had. They were quick to respond and very detail oriented. Any time they saw me looking for someone, within minutes a crew member was by my side asking how they could help. All of the food displays were elevated and elegant. It was leagues beyond typical BBQ. The food was delicious but also sophisticated, clever, and fun. The way they styled the layouts were beautiful and classy. Everything was perfect for our party. I could not have asked for anything better. Our guests repeatedly commented on the excellent food and service. The food was everything I hoped for, but the service of the crew exceeded anything I could have dreamed. They made sure I was enjoying the event too. After months of planning, they wanted all of my dreams to come true. They wanted the event to be a success as much as I did. They helped to shoulder my stress and ensure that every detail was perfect. I have never worked with a more wonderful and attentive crew. They made our event exceptional! I cannot recommend 4Rivers catering highly enough. The other vendors for our party were frustrating and disappointing, but 4Rivers went above and beyond to make up for their slack. “10 Stars!! Patty and the amazing team at Arthurs went above and beyond for my husband and me. The team was fantastic to work with and the execution on the big day was flawless. The food was beyond perfection, our guests raved about it during and after. We didn't want a traditional sit down or buffet, so we did station style. Having a diverse spread was unique to us and our guests and made us so happy. We couldn't have had a more perfect wedding and Arthur's played a major role in that. We will use them for everything in our future and recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!“
