I cannot express enough how much of a Godsend Chef John was for my husband's birthday dinner! I had accidentally switched up the dates and was in a panic, facing a dinner party with no food. Thankfully, Chef John was able to accommodate me on short notice and truly saved the day.

We had Chef John prepare 4 dinner parties on 4 consecutive nights for 16 customers and business associates. Everything he and Wendy served us was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Everything from the horderves to the salads to the dinners and finishing with deserts was excellent. I don't like asparagus and I could not stay out of one of his asparagus horderves.
