Overall great experience. We hired them for our wedding at the Orlando Science Center. The food was amazing. They had a lot of different options for both food and configurations. I strongly recommend the Mashed Potato Bar.
Premier was absolutely fantastic for my wedding (Feb 2024). They had so many options for food (even for cultural weddings!), for decor, etc. They made deciding on catering so easy. They weren't the cheapest, but honestly ended up being worth it because everyone was RAVING about the food. The service as well was fantastic. Definitely recommend them for your wedding or event!

The staff at Premier Events were absolutely wonderful. The food was fabulous. I had so many of my guests at the wedding raving to me about how great the food was. We did the charcuterie board and potstickers for the cocktail hour that worked out great and absolutely the best way to go. The steak and chicken was perfect!
