I have had the pleasure of Chef Mercedes cooking for me for several events. Her food never disappoints and is always a crowd pleaser. Always a generous portion that will have you loving eating leftovers. I have have booked her for catering, in house chef, and on Uber eats. Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were amazing! I ordered a meal for drop off to our AirBnB back in June. The whole process was so easy and they were very responsive to emails. I found the service very affordable and a good value for what I spent. Food was great and would definitely order again. Everything was delivered early and we went ahead and ate since everything was delivered hot. I would definitely use again when I’m in the Orlando area.
