i go to this mcdonald's during the late night early morning time (always high) and these people are SO NICE. whenever they're out of ice cream they offer frappe's, they gave me TWO pies the other night because they weren't ready & took about 10 mins to cook so i got one for free. fresh fries. overall the NICEST BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have ever received at a mcdonald's, which is why this is the only place i'll go when i have the munchies :)
Not sure why the floor was grease so I slip a couple of times but did not fall. I needed to go to the bathroom and my beverage was placed in a different place at the counter, so when I got my order, I left without my beverage ??

Slow, super slow and extra slow service. Employees don't even have interaction with customer. Even with the ticket attached to the bag they don't even know what's inside the bag. But it looks like is a skin color matter. I look white and nobody bothered to asked me what was my order or anything. But they did handle a few orders that came after me. And my order was already in the warming area a long time before.Note: If you are not black, don't bother to go there.
