Horizons, a local restaurant, offers a varied dining experience. The establishment provides a nice touch for special occasions, such as Roses and mimosas for Moms. However, the venue's relocation to the ballroom without prior notice resulted in a less welcoming atmosphere. The service was mixed, with a wonderful server but also some lapses in fine dining etiquette, such as missing silverware and place settings. Despite these service issues, the food was well-received, with delicious filet, grouper, fish, sushi, and steak dishes. Ultimately, Horizons may be better suited for a more casual lunch experience, as the fine dining atmosphere was not fully realized during the reviewed visits.
