Chifa Du Kang, a Chinese-Peruvian fusion restaurant located in Doral, offers a unique dining experience. Known for its traditional Chifa dishes, the restaurant provides a satisfying option for those craving Latin Chinese food. The service is described as great, with attentive and friendly staff who make efforts to ensure a pleasant experience. Customers have praised the food for its quality, flavor, and generous portions. They especially enjoy dishes like el chi jau kay (fried chicken with a savory sauce), Arroz Chaufa (Peruvian style fried rice), and dumplings, which are made to perfection and filled with flavor. The orange chicken is crispy with a delicious sauce, and the special rice is considered truly flavorful and full of goodness. The wonton soup is highlighted as a standout item. The restaurant’s atmosphere is intimate, with options for individual and group seating. Customers appreciate the large portions, often with leftovers, and the ability to bring their own bottle of water and ice. The food is described as having a real Peruvian flavor, with different chaufas, lomos saltado, roasted duck, and amazing flavors, enjoyed best with Inca Kola.
