Jersey Mike's Subs in Doral

“Placed a $40 delivery order and the door dash driver dropped it off at the wrong office, I immediately called the driver and door dash and they didn't want to take care of the mistake, I was told that I needed to call Jersey mike's so they could refund me, (very un fair since it wasn't their mistake.) I called Jersey mike's and spoke to Rommel, so he could guide me on how to get my $40 back. He immediately took charge and helped me out, talk about great customer service, this was it. Thank you so much.“

“I've been to another Jersey Mike's here in Doral in the past and it was a really bad experience. What a complete difference this place is to my prior experience. I watched the cook make my delicious Famous Cheesesteak Sandwich and it was fresh and delicious. I clearly remember the cashier asking me if I had a registration with the restaurant and I said no but honestly if they keep cooking this good that sandwich I'm going to be going more often and sign up right away. Kudos to you guys! I went went at like 8pm and was shocked to get such a delicious and fresh philly cheesesteak sandwich..please never lower your quality and you guys are greatly appreciated. Restaurant is super clean by the way, and at a great location“
