Very bad service, I ordered only chicken and some other things, so the price was very high, so I ordered only chicken, they said it was not available, so I took the offer of 16 pieces But when I finished my order I saw on the back a special offer for today that said I could take 16 pieces without anything else for a much cheaper price so I asked to change my order but they said they couldn't so I asked to cancel my order But they told me that we can do it for the show, but we need to wait 24 minutes because there is no chicken, so I said I will wait, no problem. But I was surprised that they brought me my first order and did not change it, so I asked to cancel the order and take that offer, but the supervisor started yelling at me, but in the end they returned my money

Everyone behind the counter was very high and confused. They were making no sense. I could not even have my order taken. This used to be a great restaurant. If I could give less than one star I would. As soon as you walk into the building you can smell nothing but marijuana. It seems like all of the employees are in the back smoking weed. I'm very thankful that I did not have my kids with me

Gave up KFC years ago just can't find any place that makes the chicken anywhere close to what it was. I gave it one more shot. Went to the Dunedin store ordered a 4 piece took 2 bites into the garbage it went it was disgusting tasted nothing like KFC plus it was so salty it was uneatable even the gravy tasted terrible. I just don't understand how there still in business.

I have tried multiple times, but I just can't enjoy a meal here. Very limited menu selection consisting mostly of deep-fried chicken and white carb sides. It's a bit greasy and not really satisfying. Takeout service is adequate, but not a pleasure. Sometimes clean.

They want $2.66 for a cup of tap water after I ordered food . What a joke. I canceled my order and left.
I recommend getting chicken pieces instead of tenders whenever possible. Last night's meal was delicious and fresh. Courtney greeted us. She and the team were GREAT and provided an enjoyable atmosphere. I would recommend they improve their exterior lighting. We almost drive right by, thinking they were closed.
