5:30pm on a Thursday and this location was only serving dark meat chicken for the night. The lady at the drive-thru said she needed to sell more dark meat before she could open a new bag with white meat and that could be about 2 hrs. They were also out of mac-n-cheese and chicken tenders. I am honestly shocked this KFC location is still in business.

This has got to be the worst KFC in existence the owner/manager whatever they are should be ashamed of them selves. The place is filled with rude, lazy, not carrying one tiny bit about what the customer wants. Your store is the exact reason that company is doing so crappy, do Clearwater and your self a favor the crew working Friday night fire all of them, they don't care what we order they throw stuff into box's miss item not answer phones ever one needs to be fired. I am just floored, calling corporate today.

Nice people trying very hard. They are disorganised and our order was wrong. They did not have all the choices on the menu. I can give to that. Sometimes you run out. But after modifying our order to help them out, they forgot the fries and we got extra mashed potatoes! I think this place is running on a shoestring budget and won’t last long. The Restaraunt interior had some broken furnishings and a wall was in disrepair. On the good side, the lady at the counter was really nice and personable, trying to keep order in what seemed like a chaotic place.

Walked in and ordered two 2 piece chicken dinners with potatoes and coleslaw. When I got home one dinner had one potato about half full and the other one only coldslaw. The biscuits were rock hard and the chicken was old and probably sat around most of the day! Seems like every time I come here, the product was terrible! Can I get a response?

Called about my order that I had delivered thru Uber eats. Absolutely the worst fast food that I have ever gotten. The food was cold. The container of Mac and cheese was half full. The box of fries was a large box that was meant to hold chicken strips or something like that, and was a quarter of the way full of fries. The chicken was definitely fried twice and was completely inedible. Disgusting. I was missing a side of coleslaw and was given a side of corn instead of one of my sides of Mac and cheese. Asked for nuggets on the side of a famous bowl, light corn if possible. They had no corn and the dude sounded like I just asked the most out of pocket question he ever heard. Said he could do it, threw the nuggets in the bowl anyway.
