Food is great when it’s fresh and you place an order but this is the third time in a row that I’ve gotten hot n ready and the pizza is not fresh at all, it’s stale. It’s warm from being in the hot case but the crust is so crunchy, the cheese isn’t stringy and you can tell it’s been sitting for hours. Too hungry to take back.
Jesse went above and beyond after a simple mistake that was not their fault. He was very polite and calm when my order was mixed up with one that had gone out to be delivered. The problem was solved and he was calm in a stressful and chaotic environment, with multiple people waiting and in/out. Customer service was excellent!
Whoever made my stuffed crust pepperoni pizza for my DoorDash order tonight, I hope your pillow is always cold and you win the lottery. This was the best looking pizza I’ve ever seen and it tasted incredible! I wish I took a picture before we ate it all!
