Tasty, creamy, and delicious! Well worth the calories!
OMG, amazing!
Overpriced but great ice cream.
TEN OUT OF TEN ESPRESSO CHIP ICE CREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Super friendly staff too and delicious varieties, I'm coming back and trying the milkshakes
Delicious ice creams !!!
$11 for a malt? Seriously? Thats a rip off! Ice cream shop literally across the street for half the price and more options.
Stopped in after a long, hot day at Caladesi Island looking for a sweet, cool treat—and wow, did we find it! Everything here is homemade, and every flavor I sampled was incredible. I ended up going with rocky road, pistachio, black cherry, and coconut—each one better than the last. I’ve had a lot of ice cream across the country, and this is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Seriously amazing. Plus, the staff was super friendly too!
Great homemade ice cream. Lots to choose from. Very friendly and inviting.
Better than Leopoldo’s. Carrotcake ice cream is go to. Peanut butter cup was bomb
Why would you take the carrot cake out of the carrot cake ice cream?! Why change such a good thing?? Not mad, just highly disappointed. Was so looking forward to that ice cream tonight and was really let down.

Disappointing Visit — Better Options Nearby
Stopped into Strachan’s Ice Cream & Desserts in Dunedin hoping for a sweet treat, but overall, it was a pretty underwhelming experience. I tried the Almond Joy — it was just okay, not very sweet, and didn’t really capture the flavor I expected. The cherry was worse — had a medicinal taste that was hard to get past.
What really brought the experience down, though, was the service. The staff came off as rude and uninterested, like they were too cool to be bothered. Not exactly the warm, welcoming vibe you want at an ice cream shop.
With other dessert spots just down the block, I’d say skip this one and try your luck elsewhere. There are better scoops — and better service — just a short walk away.
Great ice cream, but no indoor seating. The ice cream was awesome though and the designs look very nice. Overall awesome.
In a very busy location. Was hard to find a parking spot, but once parked, it was well worth it. Some of the best ice cream ever. Lots of choices, and very quick service. Plenty of outside seating in a cute little park.
Solid local ice cream shop either tons of flavors and options. If the flavors don’t sway you, the smell of freshly made waffle cones and candies will. Check out the variety of fudge, caramels and pralines. Cake and pie lovers won’t miss the select variety of favs such as red velvet and carrot cake. Craft and old-timey sodas fills the fridge. Standing only counters to eat or you can check outside for a couple of table spots.
We were listing a home in the area and stopped by for some ice cream on a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of seating and the downtown atmosphere in Dunedin is nice.
