I actually had a friendly employee approach me and inquire if I needed help at the kiosk to place my order. What a nice change from the impersonal ordering and tobo style at McDonald's and Wendy's these days. I stopped going there because of it.

Man, I don’t expect much from fast food but all I ask is the cheese is fully melted for my quesadilla!! Please!! I’m not expecting anything special and idc about anything else tbh but I just want the cheese fully melted in my quesadilla! PLEASE!

It's an issue when you arrive because they are always talking to each other and they almost don't even care about you, and when they feel like it they serve you, it seems in very bad taste to me.
