We spent $25 on fast food and we have given up on the food even being warm. Service was lacking, AI took our order at the screen. We did not go inside as it was pouring rain.
I’m not usually one to write reviews, but today my husband and I came in for dinner because who wants to cook after a long day? 😂 We were welcomed by a young man named Jake at the register. He was very kind and made great suggestions on what to order! He’s a sweet young man, and I can definitely see him becoming a manager one day if he continues on this path. Thank you for your help today, Jake! And thank you, Wendy’s, for having such a great team!
The manager, Brian, is not a pleasant person. Poor role model for the young people working there. Either hates his job or need to find another line of work. Jake apologized for the food not being hot and for their manager's attitude.
