Drove in from Orlando for the weekend to see what our west coast breweries were up to when we stopped at TBBC and a couple recommended the brew tour in Dunedin. This was our first stop and what a disappointment. After the rude service at TBBC we were hopeful a new city might have an attitude adjustment. We were quickly let down when the hefty bartender passed us twice, asked us what we wanted then tossed our 2 different IPA samples at us then kept walking. Never asked us what we looked for in a beer, not even a hello…come to find out both IPAs tasted the same. There are too many options to have an “okay” experience.

Of the 8 walkable local breweries this PLACE IS OUR FAVORITE!! the ladies up front are welcoming, excellent variety of craft beverages, and the bluegrass music is the secret sauce.. perfect balance of brews, ambience and music.

Loved the atmosphere and the German food truck was excellent! My only other opinion is that this business really needs outside fans, or even misting fans in their courtyard with picnic tables. Sunday was BRUTAL! We would have gone inside, but we were a large party and we wouldn't have fit inside.

If you love Red Ale, you MUST come to Woodwright and try their Irish Red. It’s the absolute BEST around! The staff is awesome, the vibe is immaculate as the kids say. But truly, my fav spot on a Sunday to come enjoy the Florida sun and drink my favorite craft beer. You won’t be disappointed!

The Woodwright Brewing Company is a great all around experience. They know how to brew beer. They have live Bluegrass music on Thursday nights. I didn't know I liked that kind of music until that night. I felt so fortunate to be there for a fun and happy experience. The outside had festive lighting for night (see picture). They have food too. The bavarian style pretzel is a must order (see picture)!

First time there and the place was cute and beers decent, and I really wish I could say we’d be back, but we won’t because the bartender was SO rude. Maybe she was having a crappy day? I don’t know but I don’t ever need to see her again.

The beers were excellent, the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was because when I sat at the bar I was surrounded by, shall we say , “alphabet people”. It made me feel uncomfortable. Just being honest, not trying to be rude.
