Don’t go the the Hardee’s in DUNNELLON because they really don’t know how to read an order I don’t even understand y they r in business since they opened it’s been nothing but issues they get pd for doing a job but can’t do it thought it was just nights that had the issue but nope it’s all shifts had to give give them one star to post a review but they didn’t deserve even one star because they just suck

I ordered online to pick up. Also had a voucher from a previous meal that was missing items. Granted they were way busier than normal, (Taco bell was closed at the time next door) It took a total time of 25 minutes to receive my food from the drive thru. I ordered the 20 piece tender meal and had way more than 20 tenders in my order. (Might have made up for the long wait..idk). Food was good and overall I'm not mad, just a time consuming wait for a fast food establishment. Hardee's isn't my go to, but they did me right by replacing a prior messed up order and then some. Thank you.
Ordered a chicken platter and a #1. Took forever. Food was cold. The burger was so messy it was inedible. They double wrapped because it tore through the paper.
We called and spoke with the manager. She was very nice and accommodating. They remade the entire meal for us.
There was one girl that had an attitude about having to remake our food. Swung the bag around, shoved it out the window and slammed the window.
But the manager that was on shift I would give 5 stars for her attitude and willingness to correct the problem.
Needless to say we probably won't be returning.

We come in about once a week. Tonight I was very disappointed. I ordered 3 chicken tenders and because they were short, the broke a small piece off 2 to make it look like 3.
