I'm not sure the staff at the Wendy's in Dunellon know the meaning of customer service. Woman working drive thru never smiled, never said please or thank you and was cold as ice cube (no, not busy).

Fire the entire crew at the Wendy's in Dunnellon Fl. There is not one good thing to comment on. This store needs to be watched by the district manager. It's a dam shame when you live in a small rural town that has maybe a handful of fast food restaurants and not a one can get it together, Wendy's definitely wins the worst in this category. As a consumer how would you feel going repeatedly back to a restaurant and each time you were told, "we're out". Tonight was my last time ordering...read full review
