“It's a McDonald's. But on Saturday morning there was a middle-aged black lady at the serving window and she was awesome. She just had a wonderful bubbly personality, which is hard when you work at McDonald's, I know because I did 45 years ago! !!“

“(March 26, 2025) Okay I wanted so much to give this one five stars because the crew are friendly here, they have their own traffic light for an easy left turn, and it’s some of the very FEW remaining Burger Kings that have background music (most are totally mute silent!), and they’ve always had a working shake machine and working hassle-free WiFi.

Now here’s the one problem. The inconsistency of the food product. I’ll use just the Whopper for example. I’ve had the total of six from this location over the past few months, and four of them had their incredible seasoning on the meat patties…….. and the most recent two did NOT! Just plain old hamburg. A big disappointment :-( At other times their chicken products have been sitting too long, and I was served dry stringy overheld chicken, so I’ve come to lose my trust for them when it comes to getting quality food. I’m sure there’s a company standard they’re supposed to be following to assure quality, and sadly they’re not following it and are “cutting corners” to the disappointment of the customer.“

“I was very impressed by the employee that took our order thur drive through.Not only was he friendly and polite,he went above and beyond!!He hasn't gotten an order of mozzarella sticks in the bag but was watchful enough to see us park then brought them to our car.He was very nice and I wish I got his name.We were at the palatka store before noon time. I do love to see someone take pride in their work!!“
