The manager on duty showed exceptional attitude, patience, and customer service despite technology issues, a busy restaurant, and a malfunctioning drive-thru speaker. The food was fresh, and orders were correct even when complicated. However, some customers have had issues, like waiting too long for online orders or receiving honey BBQ wings with light sauce and missing ranch.
