The new honey chicken biscuit was the best chicken biscuit I’ve had for a long time, maybe ever. I ordered right after 10am and was told to pull into a spot while my food was prepared. Absolutely delicious and worth the 3 minute wait. Herlisha (or whoever was running the drive thru under this name on my receipt) was so kind and made sure the biscuits and chicken were fresh.
I owe their Web site to order. Normally I curse at my phone ordering online but Popeyes site is easy and simple
Stopped in to grab some dinner while I was in town on vacation. I ordered the honey bbq chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was mediocre not bad but not great. The sandwich was very good. The lady upfront was not rude but not very professional. Will definitely eat Popeyes again!

The food is a highlight, with freshly cooked and delicious options, including spicy chicken. Employee Shae was extremely apologetic and polite about not serving spicy chicken she didn’t think looked good enough. The manager on duty showed exceptional attitude, patience, and customer service despite technology issues, a busy restaurant, and a malfunctioning drive-thru speaker. The food was fresh, and orders were correct even when complicated. However, some customers have had issues, like waiting too long for online orders or receiving honey BBQ wings with light sauce and missing ranch. Despite this, loyal customers continue to return for the tasty meals and friendly service.
