Being Asian , I want to give a resounding endorsement to this Japanese food truck – it’s an absolute gem! 🍱 I opted for the chicken and Dragon sushi, and to my surprise, it could easily satisfy my soul. The food was not just delicious but also impressively fresh, served piping hot, and delivered with lightning speed. Watching the chef prepare it right before my eyes was a delightful experience, and knowing that all the ingredients were cooked to order, made it even.

Wow!! Ordered for the first time tonight. Dragon and hibachi roll, chicken & shrimp and steak and shrimp. So delicious!! We will be back soon. 🩵

T&T Hibachi and Sushi Food Truck is located in the parking lot of a gas station. The truck appears clean and well organized. The food is fresh made and delicious, with very large and great portions for decent and reasonably priced meals. The flavors are excellent and just as you would expect from a sit down restaurant, with well-balanced and fresh ingredients. Specific meals like the steak, chicken, and shrimp combination, vegetarian platter, shrimp tempura, crab rangoon, and egg rolls are all highlighted. The service is very nice and they provide all necessary items like soy sauce, yum-yum sauce, and utensils. While sometimes there can be a wait because they are busy, the food is good and worth it. Many customers report they will definitely be back to try more and highly recommend it.
