This was my matcha latte today! It is pretty much whole milk with a sprinkle of matcha. It is supposed to be green, this is white with a hint of green. I got it to go in drive thru and didn’t have time to go back in to correct it. I did not get a receipt either. The pictures I attached are my drink vs what it’s supposed to look like. I get this all the time and the other Dublin’s never mess it up. :(

Ordered ok and argued that I never did nothing to correct told me to leave.

Dunkin' is a fantastic spot with friendly staff, quick service, and delicious coffee and donuts. Customers appreciate the efficient drive-through service. The food, coffee, and sandwiches plus doughnuts are good. However, the sweet tea is sometimes not freshly made and can taste terrible and soured. The music and staff conversations inside can be extremely loud and overwhelming. Sometimes the orders are incorrect with the quantity and variety chosen arbitrarily, and the service person's motivation was non-existent. This Dunkin' location is a favorite for many, offering a pleasant experience every visit.
