Worst experience ever when I called to order 2 large pizzas. The manager said he would do nothing to fix problem since the call center screwed up my order. Worst customer service ever!! Do Not Order from here they do not care about customers or quality.

Visited at 9 pm tonight and the manager and employee on shift were awesome! Very kind, professional, and quick service. I haven’t been to a hungry Howies in years and was very happy with my experience! I was pleasantly shocked at how affordable it was for the quality you’re getting. Great flavor, hot fresh pizza, and service with a smile!

We are long time Hungry Howies customers from Michigan and now here in Englewood, Florida. I have to say unequivocally that the medium meat lovers pizza with the garlic herb crust is the best in the area, bar none!
Great product, great service, great value!

This location used to be amazing, but it has gone downhill in the past 6 months. On our most recent visit, we ordered a pizza with green peppers, but the number of peppers was very skimpy- a few ultra thin pepper slivers, and only a scant few were put on the pizza. It felt like they were trying to save money by being cheap on the order.

We will never, EVER, order from this location and perhaps Hungry Howies at all again. We ordered a few days after hurricane Milton hit. We placed our order online and were charged 3 separate times. Money was already tight and this effectively cleared our bank account. When we picked up our order we were told the issue would be refunded that night when they closed the tills. Next day no refund. Call in and was told the manager was too busy to speak to us. Call corporate and they say it’s independently owned and nothing they could do. Call again and the worker tells us that it should be refunded Monday or Tuesday as the banks are closed, which sounds like BS to me since this all electronic. No help whatsoever.

Aside from the charges, the items were all cold and incorrect. We ordered light sauce extra cheese and neither was correct. We ordered extra blue cheese and got ranch. And the store was a mess with employees yelling at each other and no clear direction.

I would avoid this place like the plague.

I always stop in after I leave the beach, at least once a week. Always a great pizza and the people are pretty cool too!

My delivery order was wrong called back spoke to the manager he said it's not his fault cuz he uses DoorDash after yelling and screaming at me no customer service skills unfortunately no corporate office so just don't go to the store support businesses that are nice

Ordered twice last week. Excellent deliveries, excellent pizza! They were made perfectly to order and delicious! Also warms up very good, crisps up the crust. Really nice delivery drivers. Love the sesame crust.

Englewood location is the worst. Door Dash delivered to the wrong address. Tried calling Howies and one female employee hung up on .e. Called back and got the manager if you want your pizza, you have to come and pick it up. The pizza stuck to the card board. I will never eat and recommend anyone to eat there.

1 order of wings, for $8.99, they don't tell you that it's a $14.00 minimum, and then you double the order, the charge you $7.00 delivery fee. Which makes it $27.00. Geez, talk about false advertising!!! Screw that!!!
