Placed an order online , they offered a special discount known as the countdown special, I clicked the special and it said coupon was added , I thought I was ordering the special plus I added a salad but I didn’t realize it was charging me double apparently their app had a glitch, a blank page shows up with the only option was build your own pizza (see photos) called the restaurant but the woman said she can not cancel an online order and there is no way for me to cancel it so I was stuck not getting the special and had to pay more than double, I don’t understand the store not being able to cancel an order especially since the website says if you have a problem with your order call the store !! I’m very disappointed!!

Not sure who is running this location, but I am not a happy camper at all!! I placed my order for delivery @9:43 pm. At 10:10 i checked my tracking and it says my food was delivered. I called the location and the person told me the system does that @10 and my food is coming out of the oven now and would be delivered in 10 minutes. So @10:46 pm i finally got my food. Cold as hell!!! The driver said he was sent home @9:15 and they had no driver's for delivery, he had to come back from home to deliver my food. So not only was my food cold and late as hell but the guy on the phone flat out lied to me!!!! The location is one block from me, i would have gotten it myself. I can understand a mix-up but to lie to me is another thing!!

The order was called in to the call center. It was verified, and we were told the cost and time for pick up. We picked it up, took it home and realized that 1 pizza was not as ordered (we asked for pepperoni and recieved a plain cheese). I called the store and was told that the manager had left, that there was nothing the store could do and that I should call back the next day and speak with the manager. I did that, and spoke with the manager, Scotty. He blamed the call center, and said nothing could be done. He was rude. Very poor customer service. I was never given the option of coming in for the correct pizza.

During my 15 minutes Sitting for my pizza, not a long time, I couldn't help but watch how people were working behind the counter. One in particular was the young man making the pizzas. Going from station to station, not wearing any gloves, nor once washing his hands. While eating the ingredients, grabbing multiple objects and items, then still loading pizzas into boxes with his bare hands. I'm not the health department, but I've worked in our local health care system over 30 years. Hygiene seems to have been left out of these stores. Be careful.

The one in englewood is really good. Gluten free well done. They do it right. DONT GO TO THE ONE IN VENICE. ONE OF THE GIRLS THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS AN IDIOT. Just go here the englewood store.there awsome!!

We ordered delivery. The pizza was terrible. The pizza was sausage, ham and mushroom. The pizza was all dried out no sauce. Also we ordered pie slices and got appetizer.slicers. we have been ordering pizzas from Marco for over 10 years and notice the last year was very bad. We will not any more from them.
Nice quiet dining area not cramped. HUGE TV next to drink station. Free refills. Free pizza with punch card. Best gluten free pizza. I hardly feel like it tastes GF. Lots of specials.
Dietary restrictions: Small gluten free pizza that does not taste like cardboard box.
Parking: Lots of parking all around.

I gave service 3 stars due to trying to call and order before hand was ridiculous. I called and was immediately put on hold. I was on hold for quite a while and then it started ringing not being answered until it disconnected. So I basically waited 5 mins or more to be hung up on and then had to wait for my order as I went in person to buy 2 pizzas. The pizzas themselves were fine. I suggest they address their phone system.
