I was a Marco‘s virgin, so didn’t know what to expect. This pizza was prepared and ready when I arrived for Pickup. The staff was friendly and I was in and out in just a few minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with the crust and the sauce. I will return

Pizza used to be great, now, not so! Sauce is tasteless, toppings minimal and price is off the charts. I used to be a regular. No more.

We have eaten here several times. They have a sign on the counter that says, "Be Patient. We are short staffed."They didn't get our order right and didn't seem to concerned about it either.Pizza was really dry this time.We usually have a better experience.Guess they were having a bad day

Called last night for a pizza and was told it would be 45 minutes. Well at an hour I called back then pizza came . It was so cold I had to heat it up in the oven ! If I wanted to turn on the oven I would have made my own pizza ! Called back to speak to manager was told he was making pizza ! Wouldn't speak to me ! What a way to run a business. All done with this place !

We just bought a house in the area and while doing upgrades, we were looking for something quick to grab for dinner. We ordered from Marco’s, and I can only say we continue to go back as they are now our go to for a great pizza. We have not tried their other menu items, but if there anything like their pizza, yummy!

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Please look at the photos to see what I received. I was trying to support local instead of a national chain. This was a waste of $22.00.For those wondering why I did not call and ask for a new pizza. They were "closed" and would not do anything for me.

I don’t get from Marcos a lot. Last time the pizza was great. This time I ordered a half bacon half cheese. Most pieces on the bacon side had one small piece of bacon and some none. I was very disappointed in the difference from last time. The pizza was good but no attention to putting on the topping was not there.

Marcos was once the unrivaled destination for high-quality, fast, and consistently excellent pizza—my go-to spot every Friday night for over a year. The staff was reliably efficient, answering calls promptly without leaving customers on hold or disconnected after a lengthy wait. However, my experience has drastically declined over the past two months. Every order has been problematic: from receiving incorrect items to enduring extended waits—even when arriving 15 minutes past the estimated 45 minutes to an hour. Upon pickup, I waited an additional 30 minutes inside as a lone cashier serviced a queue of customers ahead of me. When I finally received my pizza, it was cold, missing toppings, and unevenly sliced. My patience reached its limit on my last visit. I arrived at the drive-through again later then quoted time, paying with a credit card, and tipping in cash, then the attendant shut the window, leaving me unnoticed for 10 minutes while tending to phone calls. With the line growing behind me, my only recourse was to call the restaurant myself—a call answered by being placed on hold as I sat mere feet away from the clueless staff. Eventually acknowledged, I was initially told my pizza wasn't ready; however, a quick double-check revealed it was indeed sitting there all along. Another substantial wait ensued before I had to remind them to return my credit card.I understand everyone has off days and that business can boom during peak seasons. What truly disheartened me—as someone within the industry who rarely writes reviews and is lenient with judgments—was the apparent apathy of the staff. I would now willingly pay more elsewhere to avoid the chaos this establishment has become.

Pizza was very good. Service was a little lacking. In their defense, they were extremely busy. Prices were very reasonable, cheap actually!

The pizza is tasty, I can’t say anything about other food because we did not receive the entirety of our order. This location is in dire need of an efficient management team. The staff was overwhelmed with in-person and takeout orders. The phone was ringing off the hook. There was no one cleaning tables and the trash bins were overflowing. We ordered 2 large pizzas, a salad and 4 beers. Out of the 4 beer options offered, only 2 were available. The pizzas were brought to our table one at a time; the salad was never delivered, after asking for it twice. When we asked for a refund, the counter staff did not how to initiate the transaction. (We had paid by credit card). After a 20 minute wait, and being ignored by the staff who said they had to tend to the other customers, we left, without a refund. It’s sad how what was once a thriving business is quickly spiraling down due to management inefficiencies.
