Rude management.. Rude workers... Terrible Pizza Hut!! Every time I order the pizza comes out like trash.. I've never seen such lack of effort in my life! This is like the McDonalds of Pizza Huts. Order somewhere else!! It's worth the extra $5-$10.

This location is usually fantastic. Order wings and a 2liter for Wing Wednesday on the 18th. App tells me it 'had an issue.' So I call the store and double check if the order went through. Guy tells me it DID NOT, so I repeat my order to him, give the credit card number ETC. Order WITH TIP was $17 flat, I am being charged $22 ON TOP OF A SECOND CHARGE FOR THE ORIGINAL ORDER THAT YOU TOLD ME WAS NEVER PROCESSED. Contacting corporate for my money back, and will most likely be going to Marcos down the road for awhile.

My wife likes Pizza Hut pizza. I find it greasy and generally poor. But this review isnt about the food. My gripe is the consistently late deliver. Once again tonight estimate was 30 to 40 and it was over an hour. It always is. Why give an estimate if it is bs?

I'm afraid last night 9-15-19 will be my last time eating at this particular Pizza Hut restaurant. It's been issues from the get go with things missing from my order to under cooked food and poor customer service. I'm just plain fed up with PAYING for sub par service. Last light was the last straw. Ordered a dinner box. Drove 15 minutes home to find out there were no sauces for the bread sticks or icing for the cinnamon sticks in the box and the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks both weren't even cooked all the way. Had to drive all the way back another 15 minutes to get the sauces. And had to bake the bread sticks again in my own oven until they were done. The employees act like they are on pills or something. They drag their feet, walk around real slow and seem as if they are in a nother world. No effort to make anything right. C-Ya Pizza Hut on McCall in Englewood. Wish the Pizza Hut of the 80's would come back.

Absolute garbage. I just received a large pizza with pineapple that they literally forgot to cook. It was a mushy doughball topped with cheese that wasn't even melted. Horrible waste of money never again. I called the manager said she checked it.....well why send it out that way?

I usually love Pizza Hut. This express location produced a crust that wasn't completely done( hard to believe because the conveyor in the oven is timed). The flavor requested wasn't applied, however, it was on time. The people there were friendly and the prices were reasonable.

We ordered over the phone ....2 LG pizzas , 2(8pc) honey BBQ boneless chicken wings and a 2 ltr. Mountain Dew . Got our order delivered but they didn't bring the drink . We call back and told them. They "ok we'll have it out to you in a few minutes. Time goes by and call them back ."Sorry ma'am we're closed .So I tell them we still wanted our 2 ltr of Mountain Dew we paid for ....... We have our receipt and this girl was trying to say it was taken off our order .....now this is after the fact that we have everything we ordered but the drink ! Blah, blah ......she was just making up excuses why we don't have our 2ltr. ..... This has happened we them a few times before . I enjoy their foods but the customer service really is disappointing â˜¹ï¸ .

Ordered food yesterday, cheese bread came in a bag used for regular bread sticks dripping of grease. Small black hairs were also in the chicken Alfredo right on the top melted into the cheese, threw everything out. Very dissapointed in the quality at this location. Won't be returning
