Entered with my coworker to a restaurant with two kiosks to order and no workers acknowledging people at the counter. One gentleman asked multiple times for napkins, to which no one responded. Finally a short girl walked up and said “what’s your name” to the gentleman and he again asked for napkins, which she grumpily retrieved. As she was was taking napkins out she said to me with poor attitude, “if you have a card you can use the machine”. I then asked “can I order at the counter like normal?” To which she obviously and without even hiding it, rolled her eyes, and responded “ugh I guess”. Then we left without ordering. I can no longer patronize this establishment. If these companies want to continue eliminating any amount of customer service, as if I should feel privileged to eat poorly made fast food, I will continue to add them to the list of places I won’t go. I recommend you, the reader, find another place to get a quick bite

Bruhhh every time i drive all the way there and order carry out, they mess up my order and I never find out til i am back home. Stop putting meat on vegetarians food it’s literally so disappointing!!!!!

The worst experience, no manners at all the employees of this Tacobell, I couldn't go into the drive-through to place an order because I have a semi-truck and they had the place closed because it's only a drive-thru because it was 9:50 pm, I tried to go on foot and they didn't want to open the window or even to explain that I had to be in a car, but they are so inhumane that to one of them who went out to take out the trash I explained that I am a truck driver who hadn't even had lunch and he ignored me, he didn't raise his head and then the three people who were inside laughed, how helpless. Super unpleasant people, because of the workers like that, many customers don't come back to the place.

Three of us arrived at thos location today around 1:30ish pm. We walked up to the counter and the man I believe to be the manager started yelling "I'M ABOUT TO CLOSE THIS DINING ROOM'! I'M TELLING YOI I'M ABOUT TO CLOSE THiS DINING ROOM! We waited for a minute to see if we were going to have to leave at which point he turned to us pointing and said if we wanted food we had to use a kiosk. I asked if we were able to pay cash he and he yelled NO! You have to use a card! The registers are broken. His attitude through the entire visit was insulting and extremely unprofessional. We are not the only customers that experienced his inability to maintain any kind of a professional attitude. This was our 2nd poor experience. Perhaps additional employees at this location would eliminate his poor behavior.

I have never had such horrible customer service in my life. I was greeted by the intercom women telling me there would be a 20 min wait for food in the drive thru. The second message out of her mouth was yelling to please give them time and wait a minute before I could order, followed by rude comments in the back round. I said nothing untill I heard the comments. This restaurant is the pits of all Taco Bell. The employees don’t care how the store is ran. I called to complain about service. The phone was passed to 3 different people all of which did not know the store number as if there was not one. I had to tell the it is probably on a recipet. I couldn't tell you if I even spoke with a manager because everyone I talked to sounded young. Fresh out of high school or still attending. The facts are, if you don't care about your job and don't know how to speak to people you should not be working on customer service. Myself and children did nothing to you. I will be reporting this store to corporate. Hopefully, they will revamp there employees for people that care about there brand, and to make revenue for there company. That's the sad truth. 0 stars are deserved here.
Haven't been there in a while. Restaurant is clean, but ordering machines didn't work for employees so you had to order from the screen available ( which was ok for us, but there were some costumers complaining about it when we entered, easily solved with a 'sign ' maybe , so people are not waiting for a cashier in line..) we ordered the 7$ cravings box, very good value. Also the grilled cheese burrito, very good. From all the best was probably the chicken chalupa. Parking is easy

Just walked out of this Englewood taco bell,was told ignorantly I had to use the kiosk, first of all that is bs. Second the entire menu is not there meal number 9 Mexican pizza and 2 tacos. I don't work there they do and would not take my order told me basically to find it.
Absolutely terrible!!! One of the employees a female was yelling how she was going to walk out, and would not come to the front counter so that I could pay for my order that I made on the kiosk. Horrible customer service!
