Website says they open at nine went there at 10 o’clock. Doors are locked and no one‘s answering the door.

I walked 🚶♀️ in only one inside the restaurant wasn't acknowledged...I walked out and called them to ask why I wasn't greeted and they said they were really busy with only 2 cars in the drive thru...I guess they can't handle their job..So sad...
Diana is AMAZING! She deserves a raise! Shes so nice and so awesome! She gets my order right every time and NEVERRRR FORGETS MY SAUCE!!! It’s like the Taco Bell gods have blessed us with the gift that is Diana.

This location, as a theme, consistently messes up my order. Every single time. Also the food is always sloppy and wet for some reason. Why is it always wet? I paid $13 for a tortilla with some cheese. It's a fail party.

This place was an absolute JOKE! You can’t order at the counter because they don’t have people to have an actual cashier but quesadillas weren’t even cut all the way through and and what was cut was the edges. Crunch wrap supreme had the thinnest smear of meat in it same with my dad’s order. Two shells and the smallest amount of meat. After a flight and an hour drive this was not the quick fix to all of us being hangry.

Entered with my coworker to a restaurant with two kiosks to order and no workers acknowledging people at the counter. One gentleman asked multiple times for napkins, to which no one responded. Finally a short girl walked up and said “what’s your name” to the gentleman and he again asked for napkins, which she grumpily retrieved. As she was was taking napkins out she said to me with poor attitude, “if you have a card you can use the machine”. I then asked “can I order at the counter like normal?” To which she obviously and without even hiding it, rolled her eyes, and responded “ugh I guess”. Then we left without ordering. I can no longer patronize this establishment. If these companies want to continue eliminating any amount of customer service, as if I should feel privileged to eat poorly made fast food, I will continue to add them to the list of places I won’t go. I recommend you, the reader, find another place to get a quick bite

If your employees don't wanna work, fire them. This is supposed to be a Tosdada. No cheese, barely any beans

The worst experience, no manners at all the employees of this Tacobell, I couldn't go into the drive-through to place an order because I have a semi-truck and they had the place closed because it's only a drive-thru because it was 9:50 pm, I tried to go on foot and they didn't want to open the window or even to explain that I had to be in a car, but they are so inhumane that to one of them who went out to take out the trash I explained that I am a truck driver who hadn't even had lunch and he ignored me, he didn't raise his head and then the three people who were inside laughed, how helpless. Super unpleasant people, because of the workers like that, many customers don't come back to the place.
