Good, solid BBQ spot. Ribs and pulled pork were great but I would pass on the brisket. Collard greens were good and similar to how I make them at home. I'll definitely be back.
We called Texas Best BBQ around 1pm to see if they could cater for a group of about 25-30 at around 6pm. They didn't hesitate - and boy oh boy did they deliver! Their food is spectacular - and made all the better with their kind, thoughtful and generous people. Our only regret is that we didn't find them sooner - but we will be back. We tried all of the meats - including the burnt ends, which are the best we have EVER had anywhere. (including Texas) I wholeheartedly...
Best barbeque in the Sarasota county. The food is authentic. The meat is so tender that it falls off the bone. The pulled pork was amazing as well. We will definitely be coming back to eat here, and will also use them for catering in the future.
