Terrible customer service experience. I placed a DoorDash order at 9:00 PM on 5/18/25. My delivery driver arrived at the restaurant by 9:10 PM, but by 10:00 PM, the food still wasn’t ready. When I called the restaurant, the person who answered said, “I don’t know what to tell you—I’m not the cook.” I asked him to check with the cook, who responded, “I don’t know, it’s coming up at some point.” Completely unacceptable. I’ll be reaching out to the manager tomorrow to discuss this further.

It's a Dennys now and the burger I got was absolutely disgusting,everything was under cooked and greasy as could possibly be... 1/10

The Burger Den is inside the independently owned Denny's Restaurant. I think everything is ordered on line. I'm not sure but there were several take out orders going out that nite. Possibly The Burger Den orders. We will give it a try.
The Burger Den is a online restaurant ordered from select Denny's locations. You order it and have it delivered or pickup. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Expensive but very good.
